Caroline is entering her last semester at the University of Richmond and for many reasons her life is just about to begin. With Sage and Finn gone to Europe and Elizabeth dead from a werewolf bite, Caroline and Nik anxiously await their approaching nuptials. Klaus’ inquiry is answered and he and his bride set out to start a family.

Bonnie is possessed by Emily, and attacked by Damon. She wants to know: why. She finds out what Elena has been hiding. But, what is Damon hiding? Bamon.

Stefan came to Mystic Falls looking for Elena. She died before he could know her. He clings to a hopeless mission to find out who she was. Caroline doesn't know how to continue with life after the loss of her friend. She fascinates him. She needs someone.

She's drifting further and further away from her best-friends and closer to people she'd never thought she'd be close to.

And Damon Salvatore happens to be one of them.

Damon wants Bonnie's necklace. Same old story, right? Wrong. Damon wants the necklace, but he won't tell Bonnie why. He thinks that he is in love with Katherine. So, why can't he shake the feelings he is having for Bonnie? Bamon.

My AU take on Season 2. Mystic Falls will never be the same again after Founders' Day: not with Katherine and a vampire Jeremy allying to resurrect Anna and Pearl,Stefan and Elena on the receiving end of Katherine's sick games, or Bonnie&Damon stuck at the epicenter of everything.

Pairings are: Stefan/Elena, Jeremy/Anna, Damon/Bonnie.

Do your remember the scene in episode 10 of season 1, when Elena got out of the car and told Stefan that she loved him? What if Stefan actually walked away? What if he left town, like he'd already said that he would? And what if Damon stayed?

Spoilers for As I Lay Dying: He laid upon his bed next to the woman he loved, the woman his brother loved and asked her to trust him one last time.

Another tragedy strikes Fell's Church again; Bonnie dies yet comes back as a spirit.God sent her back so that she could finish her unfinished business. 

Parents are becoming suspicious of the happenings of the town and now some have to thread the waters carefully.
